Shipping
All orders are packed to order and shipped from New Albany, Indiana. Orders will be sent via UPS, UPS Freight or Freight Line depending on the products ordered.
Shipping Rates:
All orders totaling 150 pounds or more will ship free of charge.
Orders under 150 pounds will be calculated in percentages of the total order:
- 100-149 pounds = 10%
- 20-99 pounds = 15%
Handling: Standard turn-around time is 5-7 days. Current production time is averaging 6 weeks.
Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.
